I had my gallbladder removed on Wednesday 13th July. I ended up staying in over night coming out the following afternoon. Good news is the op all went well, all is out and sorted no follow-up procedure needed and it was done keyhole no need for open surgery. So I’m at home recuperating. I need to take this time to do very little. Not easy for me sometimes. And to let my body take its time recuperating not force it a long.

So glad it all went well for you!
Get well soon
Make the most of it! Relax, read, sleep. Get well again.
Glad it went well. Rest up and get well soon!
Who needs a gall bladder anyway! Hope you can enjoy the enforced repose (although if you’re anything like me, I find it quite a trial after a few hours).
Let your body heal.
I always think my body will be ready to run around way before it really is!
I am very glad it went well!

Happy to hear that you’re okay. And glad to see your fingers can still type. May I be crass and ask something I’ve always wondered? Do you worry about the pain management medication? Can that be a slippery slope?
Interesting question. Maybe I should blog about my experiences. in fact I think I will… thanks
I have been told that the pain of a gallbladder attack is some of the worst imaginable! So very glad you came through the operation with minimal slicing and dicing!
