Can you believe today marks my 10th sober anniversary? In someways it feels like more than that, a lifetime in fact in other ways it seems like only yesterday I finally said “I need help”.
10 years! I won’t repeat it all here read my drinking story and recovery story if you want to.
What I would like to say the most huge thank you to the nurse who suggested rehab, the doctor who assessed me, all those that worked in the rehab, all the friends of Bill W who I have met and who have helped my journey and all those I’ve never met but whose spirit keeps me sober today.
I love you all.
Think of all the lives you saved. Not just your own. Everyone around you, too. Congrats. 10 more coming right up.
Yeeehaw! That is so rad. Nicely done man. Congrats to you!! Are you celebrating with cake? 🙂
Huge congrats for 10 sober years! That’s fantastic!
And we love you Graham. Congrats on 10 years! You’re an inspiration.

Happy sober anniversary! I’m so pleased for you!
Congrats! So awesome!
Congratulations, I am on day 131 and pray that I reach 10 years.
One day at a time you’ll get same as I have. There’s no other secret – it is just one day at a time
Happy Birthday! Nice that you acknowledge the others who helped you onto the path — but take a moment to recognize that it only happened because ONE person made a commitment. That guy in the mirror? Offer him a pat on the back, too…. Congratulations!
Happy Anniversary my friend. It is a beautiful moment to watch the days add up. Ten years was the equivalent of ten days when I first got sober—both seemed impossible. Thank you for sharing your journey here on the blog. We are all richer for knowing you.
Congrats on those 10 years, WOW.
